Ordering & Shipping 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $50 ship free within the United States. 

What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?

We accept all major credit cards and payment through PayPal. All prices are in USD ($).

How fast are orders processed?

All orders placed before 4 PM CST (excluding weekends and holidays) are processed on the same day that the order is placed. Orders placed after 4 PM CST are processed the following business day.

When will my order ship?

Once we process your order, your items will ship out in 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

All shipped items can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the 50 United States at this time. Email us at info@projectapparel.com if you're interested in delivery to your country, and we'll work to try to make it happen.

Returns/Exchanges & Canceling Orders

What is your return/exchange policy for clothes?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all Project Apparel and original brand tags still attached. You may receive a full refund amount in Store Credit and we will cover the return shipping (this Store Credit will never expire). You may also elect to receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping fee.

What is your return policy for jewelry?

We accept jewelry returns within 7 days of delivery. Everything must come back in its original packaging, and all jewelry must have the original adhesive tags attached. You may receive a full refund amount in Store Credit and we will cover the return shipping (the Store Credit will never expire). You may also elect to receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping fee. Please note that all custom-made jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I make a return/exchange?

To begin the return/exchange process, please send an email to info@projectapparel.com with the title "Return/Exchange". Please include a brief description for the return/exchange. If you are returning an item, please let us know if you wish to receive Store Credit or a full refund to your original payment method less a $10 shipping fee.

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please contact us at info@projectapparel.com with a photo of the damaged or the wrong item you received. We will follow up with next steps. Please note that Project Apparel is not responsible for normal wear and tear.

When can I expect my refund?

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of when we receive your return package. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have issued you a refund. Please note that the refund may take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card.

Can I update/cancel my order once it's placed?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at info@projectapparel.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate your request.
